JACOB Pipework Systems offers a large selection of materials and a large number of finishes to adapt our products to the requirements of our customers. Regardless of whether your pipework system needs a special color or special protection such as against corrosion - JACOB has a solution for almost every area of application.
JACOB uses an ultra-modern, automated powder-coating system in order to ensure superior and uniform product quality. The advantages of our standard powder coating (similar to RAL 7032) are:
JACOB can provide powder coatings on request in any colour from the wide RAL spectrum. In this case, the products are first coated with our standard RAL 7032 powder coating and then powder coated again in the colour of your choice. This creates a layer thickness of at least 80 µm. We also offer further special features on request. These include high-gloss effects.
At our customers’ request, we also offer electrolytic polishing or grinding of our stainless steel pipework.

To restore the corrosion resistance and to create a uniform surface finish, these materials are stainless steel shotblasted as standard. Temperature-resistant to 300°C.
Stainless steels for higher corrosive environmental conditions (CRC 3 to DIN EN 1993-1-4). Primarily for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
As standard, components are pickled in a bath and passivated by storing in the open air to restore their corrosion resistance. Prices and delivery time on request. Other materials that are not explicitly mentioned can also be offered after examining their processability.
