This results in: energy savings, longer maintenance intervals, shorter downtimes and so lower costs. We achieve this with our innovative manufacturing technology. We produce bends from pressed half shells or pressed segments. Automated production stages, particularly during welding, ensure a uniformly high level of quality.
Maximum flexibility for planning and implementation: from bends for restricted spaces with a radius of R =1D up to drawn bends with a large radius. All parts have a 6 mm lip and can be combined with all JACOB tubework using our pull-ring system.
Are you looking for the right angle or radius for your application? No problem with the JACOB tubework system! Whether by using our flexible adjustable elbows and tube ball joints or by counter-rotating two segments: a wide range of different angles can easily be achieved with parts from our standard range. We can produce special radius segment-bends on demand.
