JACOB Tubing Systems – Innovation, Quality and Service Knowledge Leakage values

Our pull-ring system with u-shaped seal provides minimum leakage and is ideal for low pressure ventilation plants up to +/- 0,5 bar differential pressure.

  • We have measured the leakage rate litre p.h. and connection for several diameters up to DN 300.
  • We have build a test run using different piping components and several connections.
  • The piping itself does not have any leakage, because all our pipe components are seam welded! (In comparison spiral ducts are leaking!)
  • Minimum leakage occurs only at the connections.
