We sell our products exclusively to business customers. Unfortunately, purchasing our products as a private person is not possible. You can send your order to us directly. There is no need to order indirectly via a wholesaler.

Yes. When you enter your company data in your first order, we will create a customer account for you. The customer number you receive in the order confirmation can then be used for all further processes in the future.
For orders placed directly from Inside Sales, there is a $50 minimum order amount. There is no minimum for orders placed through the Webshop.
After registering in our Webshop, you can view any order via your customer account.

Jacob Tubing delivers to North, Central and South American countries. Jacob Group delivers worldwide.
For smaller parcel shipments, we ship UPS. We can ship via FedEx, but there will be a $5 pickup charge and it may require an extra day to ship. For LTL shipments, we use Unishippers. This allows us to find the most cost-effective shipping method for you.
Yes. Please be advised that we have a 3:30pm CST cut-off time for Next Day orders.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and must be prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted. If the reason for the return is due to a Jacob error, Jacob will make arrangements to pick up the product.
We encourage our customers to check in on their order upon receipt. We would be happy to correct your order within 30 days of order receipt.
We will exchange the item(s). If an exchange is not possible, then credit will be given.
No. Special items cannot be returned unless they were produced incorrectly.
